    Haven't lived here for long, but the only negative so far is with the elevators Ñ you generally need to plan to wait a while, especially during peak times, and they fill up.

    Feeling of safety, individual control for AC/heat in my bedroom

    Overall I had a good experience- enough to stay for two years. I moved out because I got sick of high rise living.
    What did you like most?
    The unit was spacious. I liked the pool. It was a great location especially first moving into the city. The landlord contacts were very friendly and helpful and maintenance was prompt.
    What did you like least?
    The elevators were terrible. The temperature would get too warm in the spring before they turned the air on. I didn't like the pooled utilities, and I think the unit charged through HOA fees to its tenants, because utilities were way too high.
