Building is older and in need of upgrades (windows, roof deck, etc.), but my individual unit is in good shape, with updated appliances, etc. (units are privately owned, so this is not the case for all units).

internet can be spotty; central heat in the winter controlled by building and our unit gets up to 85 degrees regularly
