Reviews

Great location. Views of the lake from unit. Views of the city skyline from the rooftop pool & sun deck. Express bus to downtown right outside the building. Overall quiet, even though lakeshore drive is right outside the building. Mgmt has been good thus far. Responsive to any of my needs. What do you like most: Amenities (security, receiving room, fitness center, pool, sun deck, hospitality lounge) and location. What do you like least: Rent is not cheap. Sometimes the plumbing acts funny. Shower drain backs up and sink backs up. Maintenance always fixes but can be an inconvenience. (Although my unit is not the mist up to date or renovated).

Its been a good experience. The location makes it easy to get to work downtown and the building itself has been very pleasant. Most everyone is friendly and welcoming.

Great experience. Great place to live on the lake and access to express bus downtown for commute. I like the city/ale view from 29th floor unit, rooftop and lake path in the summertime best about the building. Most annoying this is that scaffolding has been up for entire 2 years we have lived here for facade work, which is ugly and loud during business hours and interferes with roof deck. The management, maintenance, and security staff are really nice.

What did you like most?

Location. City/Lake view. Rooftop pool in summer. Package room to accept packages. Great security and maintenance staff.

What did you like least?

Scaffolding.

I have loved living in my building and have no plans to move any time soon. I have a ton of space and a beautiful view, and that makes up for elevator waits and a basic gym.

What did you like most?

I love the security. I travel during the week, and I never worry that my apartment is unsafe or my belongings are at risk. I've lived here for two years and the doorman still calls me to let in familiar faces like my brother, best friend, or boyfriend.

What did you like least?

The laundry is on the 2nd floor and I live on the 27th. I wish I had an in-unit washer/dryer.

Nice Lakeview highrise. No complaints.
