I have lived in this buidling for three years -- started in a one bedroom and recently moved to a two bedroom. The location is convenient, but I likely will not renew my lease after this year because of bad experiences with the new landlord. The building was sold several months ago and since then, charges have increased exponentially. The cost of parking has increased, and the building now charges for water, gas, and trash. Plus, the building is constantly under construction which can get very annoying. The freight elevator is constantly in use by workers, leaving just two other elevators to service a 30 floor building. Waits are crazy!
