The apartment complex is a bit shady and the surrounding neighborhood can feel a bit unsafe. But my own personal space is not too bad.
What did you like most?
It's close to the CTA and my favorite comic book store
What did you like least?
The neighbors are loud and have children that are running and screaming all hours of the day. The hallways can smell very bad at times. It's dirty, the stairwells are gross, and people leave trash in the hallways frequently.
