Great view and location.

There were some differences from the unit they showed me versus the one I moved into. Those differences were not mentioned until I was moving in.

Pros: Location is great Building management/staff is very professional and courteous Online tools are amazing (rent payments, service requests, etc.) Cons: Incredibly loud train which blasts its horn at odd times (e.g. early AM) The soundproofing in the apartments is non-existent. Lack of carpet in the units also makes it very easy to hear your upstairs neighbors. The bus terminal across the building also adds to the general noisiness of the area Lack of a "view" (you're either facing the tracks, the bus terminal or the parking ramp)

Kitchen appliances & cabinetry/ finishing.
What did you like least?
Incredibly loud train noise. The building is right next to the tracks so the constant noise is unavoidable. The apartment building itself can be hard to get to given the construction around the area and the road leading into the building is often busy. Also - not a lot of value for money given the compromise in outside noise as well as noise from upstairs neighbors.
