TwentyOne01 on Market Apartments

Took 1.5 months from time I was approved to actually get a lease, multiple phone calls/emails ignored by leasing office. I was told I needed to pay first months rent with a check, it took the leasing office over 4 weeks to cash the check and then they tried to charge late fees even though it was their fault. My AptAmigo contact who organized my tour advised that I could not tour the exact unit and took me to a 1br instead, she said she sent me a video she took of an identical unit to the one I was applying for except on a different floor but, in fact, the unit in the video was SIGNIFICANTLY larger than the unit I was actually getting. This made move in day super disappointing. I was also never made aware by either my aptamigo contact or anyone at twentyone01 that my unit doesn’t have an oven until I inquired about it as the video was unclear, this was all after paying to submit an application because I was pressured to put in an application same day by my aptamigo agent/the leasing office. If the building wasn’t in such a great location then I would be even more horribly disappointed and probably would have looked into options to break my lease. Won’t be using aptamigo again and would be shocked if I resign at twentyone01 after this lease is up.

Overall solid spot for living downtown Denver!

The community and location is fantastic. The building could use some work, like the elevators and the swimming pool but besides that it is amazing.
