I love living here. I feel very comfortable and at home when I'm in my apartment. I've enjoyed using the common areas somewhat and have had good experiences thus far. The property management and maintenance staff are excellent. It feels very safe. Great restaurants nearby. Free parking. Storage at a fair price. I made a great choice.
What did you like most?
Modern amenities. Great floorplan. Soundproof. Great view. Very cozy.

Overall it's a good experience. Great amenities, friendly and helpful staff, and units are relatively relatively sound proof in between units.
What did you like most?
Amazing amenities including a great gym and a clean hot tub that makes it easy to meet people.
What did you like least?
Noise coming from footsteps/moving chairs from the neighbor above me is slightly annoying. I would definitely move into a top floor apartment if I had the chance to do it over again.
