    Overall good so far! The noise issue has been bothersome since I work from home, but those tenants are leaving so hopefully that resolves it

    Modern design, insulated, valet trash, big bathroom and closet

    Soundproofing. Have had to file several noise complaints

    I absolutely love this building. For the price and amenities offered it was the best deal I found. As well as, office personnel were very fun and professional. Made my showing a blast and have been so pleasant, friendly since

    It isn't ideal we pay a premium for amenities we can't use due to COVID restrictions. If not for that and neighbours getting upset for noise complaints during the day (we're all home due to COVID and floors), I'd give this place 5 stars overall.
    What did you like most?
    Pet friendly building, mostly friendly neighbours, spacious, and temperature is pretty good on the top floor. Barely need to have the heat on during the cold.
    What did you like least?
    Sound-proofing - floors are wooden so sound carries to neighbours below. Pro tip: get area rugs. They help dampen the noise some.
