I love the unit, amenities, and location. I'm a bit shocked by the lack of response from management when I've reached out. If I were the manager, I would have called my customer immediately to resolve the issue. Anyway, the rest of the staff have been excellent.
What did you like most?
The view - I have a panoramic view of the mountains.
What did you like least?
There have been a couple of times when I emailed the property manager with concerns - one time when it took three weeks to get a five minute maintenance issue fixed, and another when all three elevators were out and I climbed 15 stories with groceries (good exercise, but unacceptable in my opinion). Those concerns/emails were ignored.

It was a really nice building to live in with fantastic staff, good amenities, but the neighbourhood itself still feels up and coming with all the development going on.

The building staff made acoma truly feel like a home.

The constant background noise of traffic/sirens etc
