It has been a great experience so far! I would highly recommend for young people that want to live in a fun area.
What did you like most?
The amenities are very high end and well kept , the fitness center is awesome and has great equipment that is clean and new. The pool is also great as well and they have cabanas if you want to work outside in the shade.
What did you like least?
The square footage of our unit is pretty small but we make it work.

surrounding noise is outrageous. you hear the trash chute every time someone throws something away, and the elevator bell even though our unit is as far away from the elevator as possible.

Temperature of the water in the shower changes abruptly without moving the handle, door to the hallway has no soundproofing, can hear the hallway and elevator area
