Great! Wish I could say more but the pandemic restricts so much. The convenience to Jewel is incredible.

Two things: First, I love dogs but I’m on a no-dog floor with a neighbor dog who only wants to bark after 10pm Second: Needs better recycling system. Can toss garbage at any floor but have to take recycling to basement?

My boyfriend and I love Alta at K Station. We have been here a month and love all the Amenities. The location is perfect for us for when we can go back to work in the office. We are also enjoying our walks into River North & River West to grab a bite to eat. Our Apartment unit was clean and bigger than we expected since we didn't get to tour it in person when signed.

What did you like most?

Fitness Center, Basketball Court, and most importantly the pool and grills!

What did you like least?

Nothing!

I would recommend if you have pets, need amenities such as outside pool/Jacuzzi/basketball court/theater/gym or want a high rise building close to restaurants and bars to hop

Amenities, friendly staffs, clean, online notifications, close to dining hub, Market & bank 5 min walk distance, unit in laundry

Noisy cause of Metra station right next to the building

The buildings amenities and location have been great. I've met a lot of nice and fun people playing in the onsite volleyball. Its location is good. A relatively short walk to the lake or a very quick Uber or taxi ride. Close location to plenty of CTA stops.

What did you like most?

- 8th floor pool deck, hot tub, grills, and the view of the skyline - great indoor work out area (weights and aerobic) - indoor gym with volleyball and basketball; excellent twice weekly volleyball group - a Jewel Osco is very close

There are a myriad of wonderful, extremely well maintain amenities. Very pampered lifestyle, yet you get what you pay for and the rent isn't cheap.

Overall everything is very good and well taken care of. Had a few issues with security guards in the building, door men are very good though.

Amenities. Basketball court, pool deck, movie theater etc are all amazing.

I really like this building, I recently resigned my lease. It is a great value for the price.

What did you like most?

The pool deck is amazing - perfect use of space, good view of downtown. Gets lively, but not too packed where you can't find a spot.

What did you like least?

The closet space is sparse, and there isn't much additional storage in unit. You can get a storage unit for an additional cost. A lot of my bulky items (suitcases, skis, etc) are hidden behind my couch because there is nowhere else to put them, unless you pay extra for the storage unit.

The building itself is nice and has great amenities, in a very convenient location. The building management is awful - unresponsive and very unhelpful. Since living here we have had 2 leaks that were completely mishandled and only when we threatened lawsuit were they properly attended to and addressed.

Fantastic building on all fronts - clean units with little/no issues, spectacular views, great pool area, Mexican restaurant in the building, and the best amenities in the city (gym, basketball court, movie theater, pool deck, etc.)

Great Amenities and support from management. Feels a bit like a hotel, which was not what I was looking for

The units themselves aren't amazing. The bathroom finishes are average, all carpet in the apt, and water pressure was weak.
