    I really like this building, I recently resigned my lease. It is a great value for the price.
    What did you like most?
    The pool deck is amazing - perfect use of space, good view of downtown. Gets lively, but not too packed where you can't find a spot.
    What did you like least?
    The closet space is sparse, and there isn't much additional storage in unit. You can get a storage unit for an additional cost. A lot of my bulky items (suitcases, skis, etc) are hidden behind my couch because there is nowhere else to put them, unless you pay extra for the storage unit.

    There are a myriad of wonderful, extremely well maintain amenities. Very pampered lifestyle, yet you get what you pay for and the rent isn't cheap.

    The cost and the noise of the trains and construction.

    Overall everything is very good and well taken care of. Had a few issues with security guards in the building, door men are very good though.

    Amenities. Basketball court, pool deck, movie theater etc are all amazing.
