    I love the location but the building (7 units total) is old and has not been rehabbed in what appears to be a long time. Have re-occurring problems with loud music being played below and neighbors below being annoyed by us walking around on creaky floors.
    What did you like most?
    Location, reasonable rent for location, large living room and large kitchen, tall ceilings
    What did you like least?
    Old, out-dated kitchen and bathroom, old and damaged floors, poor paint job throughout apartment, poor insulation leading to very cold winters.
