What Occupants Love
Great dining options. Residents appreciated the easy access to the grocery store and public transportation. Doormen go above and beyond. Great shower pressure.
What Occupants Love Less
Some residents mention limited nightlife options. Less than expansive gym offering
Nearby Vision on State
Just great - very homey and welcoming
What did you like most?
Location, super convenient
What did you like least?
All of the construction that's going on
Good experience. Moved in Sept. 2010, moved out Aug. 2014 and moved back to the same building and apartment June 2015. Rent from a private owner includes parking space. Public transportation readily available - Red, green and orange lines and Buses. Trader Joe's, Jewel and Target nearby. What did you like: Price because of the location and it includes a parking space and basic cable, internet and gas. What did you like less: Management office is difficult.
Positive but this is based on limited data. What did you like: Surrounding area is a bit quiet / reserved but still very much south loop. Extremely convenient, close (< 2 min walk) to grocery stores and public transit. Excellent cable package included free in rent.. What did you like less: Internet comes from sketchy third-party provider called HiPoint, their prices are really high for low quality internet, although the base package is free. No issues with them yet but this is my biggest concern - since they have a monopoly I doubt they will be very responsive.
