It's a nice building, but on the older side. A little touch up to the pool deck would go a long way.

Excellent. Its primarily an owner occupied building. The unit is my parent's, and they're very happy with it as well.
What did you like most?
Friendly door staff, occasionally chit chat on elevators, amenities are fantastic. Built in corner balconies really help the wind issue.
