My place is awesome. Great remodel.

Laundry was terrible but new pipes have fixed the issue. Very pleased now.

Immediate location is really nice and super close to Lake Michigan, but surrounding area is violent and I never feel safe walking home from the train. Building management is on top of things and courteous. My roommate and I have had a few bad experiences with the neighbors, which lessens my comfort level at home. Will be moving as soon as our lease is up next June.

Proximity to the lake.

Sketchy area, not many restaurants or much nightlife. Weird neighbors.

Great location by the lake and comfortable amenities, but I didn't have a good relationship with my landlord. He was very unresponsive and argumentative which is why I decided to move out.
