200 Squared is an amazing building - we are close to River North and West Loop - as well as new Michigan ave. restaurants/ shopping It's really the best of all worlds - close to work, close to nightlife, safe and more affordable than surrounding buildings

What did you like most?

We have an amazing pool and roof space where people lay out/ grill / play bags etc. It's never to busy that you can't get a chair and an area for yourself and your friends. So don't tell too many people about us!

What did you like least?

We're in the loop so it shuts down on nights / weekends. But we don't mind - we're right on the river so a block from River North / a block from Fulton square / can easily get to Millenium park. We're located well to go anywhere fun.

The building, amenities, and management were great. The room was awesome and the location convenient. The loop, however, was a sterile and boring place to live past 6pm.

What did you like most?

The building was clean, the rooms large, and the communal space good. We had a game room, fire pit, hot tub, gym, and pool. You could drop your dry cleaning off in a locker and the doormen were great.

What did you like least?

The location made night-life boring. The art, decorations, and whole feel of the place was sterile. It didn't feel like home, but a long-term hotel.

Stayed here for a one week hotel stay, apartments were clean and well furnished. Neighbors were friendly and area was perfect to enjoy the city life. Front desk was not a good experience, check in was a hassle and we also got yelled at for using the pool during normal hours. While the sign for flooring showed 8am - 4pm, we were still kicked out when we were clearly there at 9pm. Dont ever. Yell at your tenants let alone your guests, was very rude and will never come back.
