The unit itself was overpriced. The management was rarely helpful; when they were helpful their motives were unsavory. The management did not follow city protocol when we had a bedbug outbreak, and there was a small cockroach issue. We had one great security/doorman who was let go for unknown reasons. The rest of the doormen/women would buzz anybody in regardless of if the lived in the building or not.The area around the building made me feel extremely unsafe; I walked through several drug deals, there were people shooting up some kind of drug near our side door constantly, and someone was even arrested in our courtyard feet from the front door.

What did you like most?

If you walked two blocks East through the sketchiest part of the area you were on State street near a lot of restaurants and shops. Michigan Avenue and North Beach are also within walking distance.

What did you like least?

Feeling unsafe in the area, and the lack of proper management in the building.
