Great location and decent unit with lots of light and relatively modern amenities. What do you like most: Location and the light in the apartment. What do you like least: Heat is steam heat and building controlled. Unit gets hot, really hot. No dishwasher or in unit laundry.

Solid building with good amenities and great location (great restaurant options, OK bar options, easy for transportation, close to Lincoln Park and North Ave beach). Not a big party scene, nor too private - just comfortable.
