I like it so far. Some difficulties with management, but other than that the place is awesome and spacious. And the neighborhood is incredible.

I love the neighborhood and area I live in.

The management and landlord situation.

You get a lot of space for your money, but there are a lot of updates that need to be done. For example, our kitchen counter is amazing (granite), but the floors are cracking and the cabinets are small and painted. They've also painted several coats over and over so sometimes the doors barely shut. The bathroom doors do not shut all the way.
What did you like most?
I like the location and the amount of space we get for the price.
What did you like least?
When it rains, we have some cockroaches. Nothing terrible, and limited to the 1/2 bath, but nothing you want to see in your home. Also, one of the neighbors complained about our dog saying that she was in the elevator... we live on the 2nd floor and never use the elevator. There's a lot of senior tenants that I think like to complain about everything.

Units are a great size and you can't beat the neighborhood. The building is low-frills in terms of amenities, but the location and unit size make it a great place to live.
