Clean, safe, friendly building. Chicago soft loft style with a modern touch. Great staff and friendly people. Established young professionals and younger families. What do you like most: View of Willis Tower and solid size balcony. Very clean building with kind door staff. Close to the new restaurant explosion along Randolph and the Fulton Market District. Easy access to expressway. What do you like least: It's close to the expressway so you have the noise but when windows are closed it's quiet. The MID is across the street on the west side of the building so the late night club crowd could potentially annoy residents that live on that side of the building.

Many pros: I like the location, building quality, views, marble bathrooms,etc. But couple cons: it's a condo building and the overall management is really unresponsive but doormen are very nice. Actual unit owner is nice.

Fulton River District

Fulton River District is one of the fastest-growing residential areas in Chicago. Close to River North and The Loop, the neighborhood was once home to Chicago’s transportation and warehouse industries. Here, you’ll now find a mix of re-purposed lofts and high-rise apartments just north of West Loop and West Loop Gate. Since this neighborhood was originally used for industrial purposes, residents won’t find much greenery in this area. However, there are extensive restaurant options and easy access to grocery stores.

The Fulton River District neighborhood is home to many Chicago favorites, including Blommer Chocolate Factory (so expect the faint smell of chocolate from time to time). The offices of Fulton Market and The Loop are only a short walk away, and many residents live here for an easy commute.
