Fulton River District is one of the fastest-growing residential areas in Chicago. Close to River North and The Loop, the neighborhood was once home to Chicago’s transportation and warehouse industries. Here, you’ll now find a mix of re-purposed lofts and high-rise apartments just north of West Loop and West Loop Gate. Since this neighborhood was originally used for industrial purposes, residents won’t find much greenery in this area.
