I have owned my unit in the West loop for the past 12 years. Up until the last 3 years there were NO issues. Over the last 3 years there's been an uptick in disruptive renters. Ranging from marijuana to animal caucuses.
What did you like most?
The one thing that I did like most was the high % of owners vs. renters.
What did you like least?
The poor management of the building, leaving the owners to suffer while still having to pay a monthly assessment fee.

Good building, well run by property manager. Mix is renters and owners. Surrounding neighborhood is great; quiet; easy for visitors to park; walkable to many restaurants and nightlife. Two parks a block away; Green Line and Blue Line 3 blocks; Madison Bus (#20) right out the front door.
