I absolutely loved the building and my specific unit. Property management was overall very helpful/pleasant. I had a few issues with automatic rent payment online due to glitches in their system, and it took longer than ideal to get resolved. The doormen were awesome. I would have liked to stay, I just wanted to be in a different neighborhood.
What did you like most?
The view of the lake from my unit was unbelievable, and I could see the Navy pier fireworks from my living room. Since I was in Uptown, the price was great too.
What did you like least?
Uptown in general. Not an ideal neighborhood. Especially in my specific area (Clarendon and Wilson), there was literally nothing. I couldn't even walk to the nicer areas of Uptown or take the red line at night because I didn't feel safe.
