Fair, could be better but could be much worse.

Maintenance goes above and beyond. Rent is a little high for the area ($1600 for a remodeled 1BR unit) but on par with other places on LSD. Previous apartment in the neighborhood was good, but this place is great. Really can't say enough good things about them. Always helpful, fantastic management company. What do you like most: They have a gym in the building, business center with free wifi on the second floor, onsite parking ($200/mo), secure package delivery/storage at the building convenience store, they throw resident appreciation parties often, hold clothing donation drives, photo/other contests to win rent credit. Hands down best part tho is the maintenance crew - constantly cleaning and fixing. Never notice a building flaw that isn't addressed with 2 days. What do you like least: No doorman, but they have CCTV recording so they typically find out who breaks a window in the lobby or sneaks into the building if there ever is an incident. Heat is not adjustable because it's just perimeter hot water - it's usually too hot. Have to leave the window open even in winter to cool it down. Utilities, including water/trash/sewer/gas are a pass through to the tenant. Averages out to about $75/mo over the year.

I love my new place. I like being in a high rise building with a view. I wish it had a few more amenities such as pool and rooftop. Only real negative for me is no grocery store nearby because I don't have a car. I get my groceries delivered now.
