I felt safe and comfortable in this building. The building itself is a bit dated so the amenities could use an update.

What did you like most?

The view to the lake is beautiful and the area is quiet while being short distance to the downtown area where there are a number of restaurants / bars.

What did you like least?

The elevators were constantly under repair.

Awesome building for a 20 something in Chicago. Great location; the rooftop is amazing and was ranked top 5 in Chicago at one point. There are a lot of young people in the building and for the location it is very affordable.

What did you like most?

Rooftop

What did you like least?

Management at times - not overbearing, but it could have been better.

The apartment is okay with a great view, but several problems ensue. The water temperature fluctuates a LOT and it can get burning hot sometimes. It always smells like gas which makes me nervous. The closets are just too old with bad smells from decades ago. The building itself is gorgeous, the management has tried everything they can. It's just an old building that needs a gut rehab.

What did you like most?

Lake View!

What did you like least?

Shower
