Atlantic Station is one of Atlanta’s premier mixed-use hubs, full of shopping, dining, commercial businesses, and live-work communities. When the weather is nice, a mix of tourists and locals flock to The Green, a recently reconstructed common space that hosts various events, including “Improv in the Green.”
This Atlanta neighborhood is attractive to locals for its proximity to Georgia Tech and multiple MARTA stations. With eight different communities on-site, all walks of life can find a home here. Residential options include lofts, student living, condos, and luxury high rises.
Local Hangouts
While it’s certainly a walkable neighborhood, the many attractions of Midtown are also a short stroll away. Popular spots like The Center for Puppetry Arts and The High Museum are less than a 20-minute walk. Make sure to stop in Center Stage Theater for a concert or comedy show. Walk 15-20 minutes south, and enjoy treats from Sublime Donuts, an Atlanta favorite. Or, head to Westside Provisions District for a variety of hip eateries and coffee shops. The beloved Atlanta Brunch Festival is also hosted in this neighborhood and should be on your Atlanta bucket list!
Atlantic Station is ultra-accessible— located within walking distance of Midtown and just steps away from 2 MARTA stations with a direct route to downtown.
