Five Points Apartments

Make yourself at home in this artsy residential neighborhood.

Artistic · Jazzy · Relaxed · Quaint

One of Denver’s oldest neighborhoods, Five Points boasts a diverse history dating back to pre-Capitol Hill era. Previously known for a short time as the “Harlem of the West,” Five Points has hosted many famous jazz musicians throughout the years. Today, this neighborhood sprawls east of downtown and provides suburban relief from skyscrapers and high-rises.

Efforts to renew and revitalize the area are well underway, but this neighborhood is going through a less rapid renovation than its artsy sister-hood, RiNo. Nonetheless, acclaimed concert halls, cozy watering holes, and decadent eateries make Five Points a cultural hub of Denver.

Unlike the neighboring Central Business District, this area has always been predominantly residential. Victorian homes of the 1900s still stand, many of which have been renovated or converted into duplexes. Although this area contains mostly single-family homes, a few apartment complexes have sprung up in recent years along Welton Street. Five points boasts reasonable rent prices, plentiful transportation, and tons of places to become a regular.
